• Body hardness before chromium plating: HB330-370(or as per your drawing requirement).

  Chromium plating thickness: 0.045mm-0.080mm(or as per your drawing requirement).

  Hardness of chromium coating: HRC60-62/HV600-900(or as per your drawing requirement).

  Service life for the mandrel by PC: it can be 1500-2500PCS for production of J55 pipes, N80 pipes and some other similar steel grade pipes.
